1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cosplay Space ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Age Verification
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use Cosplay Space. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under the minimum age requirement.
3. Content Disclaimer
All images and artwork on Cosplay Space are generated using digital tools. No real individuals are depicted in any content on the Platform. All characters are entirely fictional and any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, is purely coincidental. The content is created for entertainment and artistic purposes only.
4. Subscription Terms
Cosplay Space offers premium subscription plans that provide access to exclusive content. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All digitally created content on the Platform is owned by Cosplay Space. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use such as setting images as wallpapers is permitted for active subscribers.
6. DMCA Policy
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes upon your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to dmca@cosplay-space.live including: (a) a description of the copyrighted work, (b) the URL of the infringing material, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized. We will respond to valid notices within 48 hours.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not: (a) attempt to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content; (b) share subscriber-only content publicly; (c) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure; (e) create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cosplay Space is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
